From managing a complex acquisition of an NDIS organisation, to developing the Australian franchise operation for an international gym franchise, Massimo brings deep expertise to MV Law’s Commercial Law team.

Massimo’s experience spans large-scale business transactions including an M&A deal concerning a $200m project involving the construction of a five-star hotel and hotel management agreement, contract law, intellectual property and licensing arrangements across both the private and not-for-profit sectors, including the acquisition of 35 franchised businesses valued over $40m.

Hailing from the cosmopolitan city of Rome, after making Melbourne, Sydney and then Canberra his home, Massimo holds both Australian and Italian law degrees. He brings broad commercial expertise, and a practical and collaborative approach to help his clients achieve growth and protect their interests.
