Meyer Vandenberg announce Jennifer Jaeschke as an accredited specialist in Property Law

Jennifer Jaeschke Accredited Specialist Property Law Canberra

Jennifer Jaeschke, a Senior Associate at Meyer Vandenberg, has attained accredited specialist status with the Law Society of NSW in Property Law, from 1 November 2019.

Specialist Accreditation is a structured peer to peer assessment process, enabling legal practitioners to be recognised for their expertise.

NSW Law Society Specialist Accreditation Board Chair, Richard Harvey, said “Specialist Accreditation is held by less than 6% of the profession in New South Wales. The NSW Law Society is proud that Specialist Accreditation is such a rigorous process and getting accredited is just the start. When a specialist achieves their accreditation, their clients know the value of the advice they receive.”

Meyer Vandenberg’s Chair, Archie Tsirimokos, said “Meyer Vandenberg has a long history of expertise in Property Law, including many awards and accolades.  Jennifer’s specialist accreditation is a point of difference for our firm, and we join with our clients in warmly congratulating her on her commitment and talents in Property Law”.

Jennifer Jaeschke said of the accreditation “I am proud to have achieved my Specialist Accreditation in Property Law, and that the legal profession has recognised my expertise.”

Meyer Vandenberg has another NSW Law Society Accredited Specialist, William Ward.  William specialises in Employment Law and Industrial Law.

About Specialist Accreditation

Each year the NSW Law Society runs the specialist accreditation program for a select number of areas of law. The program consists of meticulous assessments on both legal knowledge and its application in practice. According to the NSW Law Society Accreditation Board, for accreditation to be conferred, the candidate must pass rigorous assessments.

To retain their accreditation each year, specialists must demonstrate their commitment to their accreditation through their work and by undertaking additional professional development in their area of accreditation.
