Associate

Jason joined Meyer Vandenberg in 2004 as a paralegal. After completing his studies in both law and management, Jason commenced practising as a lawyer in 2006 and was appointed an Associate in July 2008.

Jason specialises in planning and environment litigation, administrative law, corporate and personal insolvency law and commercial dispute resolution. Jason has recently acted for DFO on its planning disputes with Brand Depot and has assisted various other property developers in their planning and environmental law matters. Jason also acts for numerous insolvency practitioners in relation to matters arising in the course of their various administrations.
