Mark has been practising law for over 25 years. He specialises in contentious property disputes and resolving planning issues.

Mark joined Meyer Vandenberg as a Partner in 2009. He has had extensive private practice experience and has also worked as a prosecutor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, focusing on the Corporations Act and tax offences. He has undertaken high level dispute resolution work for some of Canberra’s leading businesses, including shopping centres and commercial office owners. Mark has extensive experience as an advocate in leasing disputes, town planning, property development and associated tax matters.

Mark is the chair of the ACT Chapter of the Law Council of Australia’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Law Committee and writes annotations for the Lexis Nexis Court Procedures Rules (ACT).

Mark has been practising law for over 25 years. He specialises in contentious property disputes and resolving planning issues.

Mark joined Meyer Vandenberg as a Partner in 2009. He has had extensive private practice experience and has also worked as a prosecutor with the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions, focusing on the Corporations Act and tax offences. He has undertaken high level dispute resolution work for some of Canberra’s leading businesses, including shopping centres and commercial office owners. Mark has extensive experience as an advocate in leasing disputes, town planning, property development and associated tax matters.

Mark is the chair of the ACT Chapter of the Law Council of Australia’s Insolvency and Reconstruction Law Committee and writes annotations for the Lexis Nexis Court Procedures Rules (ACT).
