Eve is an experienced commercial and intellectual property lawyer, having worked as both in-house counsel and in private practice.  During her career she has undertaken extensive intellectual property work for Canberra’s universities. Eve negotiates complex agreements and arrangements with government and non-government agencies and major commercial groups and specialises in delivering intellectual property and commercial solutions to inventors, start-up and established companies, universities, cooperative research centres and research institutions.  She presently advises a number of clients on issues including structuring and establishing new entities, obtaining grant funding and the commercialisation of product developments.
